Coach: Tanya Kailides
Tanya has worked as a personal trainer for the last 6 years, primarily in North London. Training clients at gyms in the early days, then moving to their homes, but her favourite place is outside in the park! / When not training you will find Tanya in the woods, climbing trees and monkey-ing around. She has extensive Animal Flow and movement training, hence why she is the lead instructor for our 'Primal' class. Alongside the bodyweight moves, she also is a very good Olympic weightlifter and strength trainer. If that's not enough, she has also qualified as a sports and remedial massage therapist!
