Coming from the world of corporate marketing, Mark understands what it means to work under intense pressure and stress. As such, he tailors all sessions to freeing the body, relaxing the mind and breathing a little more easily. Making the move from digital PR pro to full-time yoga teacher in 2018, Mark has since expanded into offering meditation, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra (non-physical/sleep yoga) classes. His teaching philosophy stems from a firm belief that all these practices are open to every mind and every body.
