Coach: Kirsty Wall
Kirsty has been passionate about health and fitness for over 10 years now. She enjoys variety in her workouts from heavy compound lifts to endurance training. Outside of teaching Kirsty is at a number of different arenas competing with other fitness enthusiasts in fitness competitions. Kirsty's classes are pretty hardcore but enjoyable at the same time! She'll be sure to leave you on a high with a rush of endorphins for the rest of the day!
